Scope
Before the slab or basement floor is poured: the building drain, under-floor waste lines and the water service entry, laid to grade and tested.
Ready for underground inspection
Once framing is up: drain, waste and vent stacks, supply lines to every fixture location, and tub and shower valves set, all before insulation and drywall.
Ready for rough-in inspection
After cabinets, counters and tile: fixtures set, water heater installed and every connection made and checked.
Ready for final inspection
Before we start
Drawings plus the fixture and appliance selections, so rough-in lands in the right place first time.
The target date for each stage and one person on site who can answer questions.
If framing or drywall slips, a call means the plumbing slips with it rather than turning up to a house that isn't ready.
